At Ochezechukwu Hairstylist, we strive to provide high-quality hairstyling services and customer satisfaction. This Refund and Returns Policy explains the conditions under which refunds or service corrections may be issued.

1. Appointment Cancellations

  • Customer-Initiated Cancellations:
    • You may cancel an appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty.
    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a partial or full service fee.
  • Ochezechukwu Hairstylist-Initiated Cancellations:
    • If we cancel an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a rescheduled appointment or a full refund if payment has been made.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Payment was made for a service that was not provided.
  • There was a significant service error that cannot be corrected.
  • Any technical or billing error caused by the app or payment processor.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Customer dissatisfaction due to personal preference after the service is completed.
  • Late arrivals or no-shows that result in the service being shortened or canceled.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of the service:

When submitting a request, please include:

  • Your full name and appointment date
  • Payment reference or receipt
  • Reason for the refund

All refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 5–7 business days.

4. Returns of Products (If Applicable)

If you purchase haircare products or other merchandise through the app:

  • Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
  • Refunds will be issued after inspection of the returned items.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.

5. Method of Refund

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method wherever possible. If that is not feasible, an alternative method may be arranged with the customer.
